2.2 Consultancy Services
We provide expert consultancy services for AI visibility optimization, including strategy development, implementation guidance, and performance analysis.
2.3 Agency & Implementation Services
We offer done-for-you implementation services based on the REVEAL Framework™ methodology, including content optimization, technical implementation, and ongoing optimization.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- NOT use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- NOT attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- NOT interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services

- Rankings or visibility in AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI, etc.)
- Timeframes for achieving results
- Compatibility of generated code with your specific technical environment
- Prevention of negative impacts from implementation
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You acknowledge that AI visibility optimization is an evolving field and that best practices may change as AI platforms evolve.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, or business opportunities
- Business interruption or downtime
- Website penalties, ranking losses, or visibility declines
- Technical errors, bugs, or compatibility issues
- Any negative impacts resulting from implementation of our recommendations
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SERVICES.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including:
- The REVEAL Framework™ methodology and all related materials
- Website design, text, graphics, logos, and branding
- Software, algorithms, and tool functionality
- Proprietary methodologies and processes
are owned by AIVO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The REVEAL Framework™ is a trademark of AIVO.
7.2 Limited License to Use Tool Outputs
For code and outputs generated by our free tools:
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to implement these outputs on your own websites
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize tool outputs
- Attribution to AIVO is appreciated but not required for tool outputs
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
