License Agreement

1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of tools, code outputs, intellectual property, and materials provided by AIVO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our tools or services, you ("Licensee," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of License

This Agreement covers:

Code and files generated by our free tools (robots.txt, recommendations, etc.)
Recommendations and audit outputs from our diagnostic tools
Access to our website and free tools
Use of the REVEAL Framework™ concepts and terminology
Materials provided through our consultancy services (subject to separate agreements)

3. License Grant

3.1 Free Tool Outputs

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AIVO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to:

Use code and files generated by our free tools on your own websites
Implement recommendations provided by our audit and diagnostic tools
Modify generated code to suit your specific technical requirements

3.2 REVEAL Framework™ Reference

You may reference the REVEAL Framework™ in the context of discussing AI visibility optimization or AIVO's services, provided that:

You acknowledge AIVO as the source and owner of the REVEAL Framework™
You do not imply endorsement by AIVO unless explicitly authorized
You do not use the framework for competitive purposes

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

Commercial Restrictions

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercialize tool outputs or generated code
Offer our tools or outputs as part of a competing service or product
Use our tools to generate outputs for clients or third parties as a service

Technical Restrictions

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our tools or software
Create derivative tools or competing services based on our technology
Circumvent any security measures or access controls

Intellectual Property Restrictions

Claim ownership of the REVEAL Framework™ or any AIVO intellectual property
Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings
Use AIVO's name, logo, or branding without explicit written permission

5. Intellectual Property Ownership

5.1 AIVO's Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the following remain exclusively with AIVO:

REVEAL Framework™: The complete methodology, including all stages, processes, terminology, and related materials (trademark and copyright protected)
Website and Tools: All software, algorithms, user interfaces, design elements, and functionality
Trademarks: "AIVO," "REVEAL Framework," and all associated logos and branding

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement. This is a license agreement, not a sale.

5.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your own website content and materials. However, once you implement our generated code or recommendations, you assume full responsibility for their use and impact.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE TOOLS, OUTPUTS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LICENSE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVO disclaims all warranties regarding fitness for purpose, accuracy, results, uninterrupted service, security, and third-party compatibility.

You are solely responsible for testing and validating all outputs before implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LICENSED MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Website downtime, errors, or technical issues resulting from implementation
SEO penalties, ranking losses, or visibility declines
Any damages caused by incorrect implementation or use

In no event shall AIVO's total liability under this Agreement exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to AIVO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

8. Trademark Usage Guidelines

8.1 REVEAL Framework™

"REVEAL Framework" and "REVEAL Framework™" are trademarks of AIVO. When referencing the framework:

Permitted

"We implemented the REVEAL Framework™ from AIVO"
"Our strategy is based on AIVO's REVEAL Framework™"

Not Permitted

Claiming you created or own the REVEAL Framework™
Using "REVEAL Framework" in your product/service names

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination:

Your right to use our tools and access our services immediately ceases
You must cease using AIVO trademarks and branding
Previously implemented code outputs may remain on your website, but you receive no further updates or support

10. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
